Meet Kim Teodori

My goal is for you to find happiness by Tuning In. Everyone has access to an amazing source of wisdom and well-being! My passion is helping you experience this peaceful presence for yourself, in your own body and mind.


As a 200 hour certified yoga teacher (Prairie Yoga, Lisle, IL), vibrational sound therapist (Vibrational Sound Association), and intuitive reader with a Master of Arts degree from Northwestern University, I am honored to help you strengthen your connection to the vital source of wisdom within you.

How it Works

Restorative Yoga and Vibrational Sound Therapy are proven methods of stimulating the body's parasympathetic nervous system, triggering the Relaxation Response: "a physical state of deep rest that changes the physical and emotional responses to stress," according to Dr. Herbert Benson.


Relax and Renew® certified yoga in the tradition of Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD, PT, uses props to comfortably support your body in poses that promote relaxation and healing. In addition to decreasing heart rate, blood pressure and muscle tension, the Relaxation Response provides instant access to a meditative state of consciousness. In this expanded state of awareness, you can more easily hear the voice of intuition, which speaks through your body as well as your thoughts, emotions and dreams.

What to Expect

You can expect to refresh your mind and body, relieve stress, and improve your emotional well-being. Clients often report a feeling of calmness and clarity that stays with them after the session is over. Meditative states of mind also have been shown to increase emotional balance, helping you be more internally aware, present in the moment, and connected with your surroundings. Readings spark personal understanding, a sense of direction, and motivation to pursue your goals.
